SpeakOut! Productions offers complete fulfillment services, including packaging and mailing audio CDs and tapes worldwide.  Send us your mailing list and we’ll take care of everything!  We can also bulk-ship your CDs and tapes directly to you in the event that you prefer to handle their distribution to your sales team.

Production Overview

Each Audio Newsletter follows a simple seven-step procedure: 

1) You select five to six segment topics and a point of contact for each segment, and communicate this to SpeakOut! Productions.

2) SpeakOut! Productions then conducts an informal 45-minute fact-finding interview via telephone with each point of contact to gather the information to be communicated in the segment.  (This interview is intended just to obtain information, so it’s not recorded.)

3) Once the segment information has been received, SpeakOut! Productions writes an interview script, 1000-1200 words in length, based on a question-and-answer format.  (This script will be later used when we record your personnel.)  Once we’ve completed the script, it will then be sent in a Word file to the point of contact for their review and approval, where they can make any tweeks and edits as required.  Our script writing accuracy is extremely high, with most scripts having in excess of 97% of the text unchanged.

4) When your company has approved each script, we will record the point of contact, via telephone, reading their portion of the script.  This process takes just 20 minutes and when completed, the point of contact’s work is finished.

5) Once all of the segments have been recorded, we add the announcers’ voices, music, sound effects, etc. to produce the final master of the audio newsletter.

6) Before releasing your audio program to your audience, we conduct a final audio review of the program.  This is done via telephone and allows you to hear each segment, while following along with the written script, to ensure that everything’s exactly as it appears on the approved scripts.   This is just one of several checks and balances we use to ensure 100% accuracy of the program’s content.

7) Once the final audio newsletter is approved, we duplicate the CDs and generate the MP3 files.  In addition, if requested, we’ll also distribute these to your field sales force.

This production process is extremely easy and can be completed in three weeks.  What’s more, we do most of the work, so the impact on your personnel is kept to an absolute minimum!

Once your audio newsletter has been completed, it can be distributed via audio CDs, downloadable MP3 files, cassette tapes, or any combination of these.  You select the medium that’s best suited to your own sales force.  SpeakOut! What is an Audio Newsletter?

An audio newsletter is a 35 to 40-minute audio program.  It follows a question-and-answer format, with the host introducing the guests and conducting the interviews.  Each audio newsletter consists of five to six segments, with each segment covering a specific topic, six to seven minutes in length.  Each segment communicates a stand-alone message, which means you don’t have to listen to the entire audio newsletter at one sitting; rather, it allows stop-and-go listening, perfect for today’s busy salespeople on the go.

The speakers that appear on each segment are YOUR personnel.  They are recorded via telephone, from anywhere in the world.  Having your personnel appear on the program lends credibility to the subject matter, establishes a bond between them speaker and the audience and adds variety to the program, vs. just having a single speaker for the entire audio newsletter.
